We are looking for a sports fitness center for our son, this one is only for kids 18 and under. Just wondering if anyone else has ever tried it? Or know anyone who has tried it.

does crossfit take kids that aren't in high school yet? So the younger set?

Yes, I believe they take kids who aren't in HS yet.

It really depends on what you are wanting to do. If you want them to work on a skill set then I would say no to crossfit. Like hitting a baseball or swinging a golf club.

If you want them to get in great physical condition to where being bigger, faster and strong will help them in their sport, I would say YES!
