Here's what I can tell you...
That area in general is very nice - nothing scary or bad about it to warn you away from. It's a pretty family oriented area too.
The home seems priced to move, but should go for less in my opinion. The homeowner seems to be trying to get out of it for approximately what he bought it for.
The high school is new, so not much data on it, but you could look at great schools dot org to learn more.
