I'm moving into the area from Pennsylvania quite shortly as I'm sick and tired of this holier-than-thou northeastern social b.s. attitude. It'll be nice to return to the south, and simpler living with real human beings.

Anyhow, I've checked through numerous sources for Charlotte apartment/condos online, Craigslist, ApartmentFinder.com, and whatnot.

While all that's been so far useful, I was curious to see if any Charlotte residents had anything moreso directly localized for residential research?
(Also, if it has an online version...that would be useful as I'm still currently 3 states northward).

Any help would be very much appreciated!!

Thanks in advance,

Ryan

You may want to check out TR Lawing's website - they represent homes and some apartments for rent.

The only other step is to drive around the neighborhoods and call the private landlords with the for rent signs in the window.

Don't forget, those same attitudes exist down here, there is a mass exedous to NC so those people you are running from are behind you down here too. Good Luck.

Real estate agents can search for rentals just like homes for sale in the MLS. You might try talking to an agent.

I love it!! Anyway, finding a rental property should be an easy process. I know alot of people have investment properties in the area. I would look at websites and check with a realtor. My belief is that you will find more quality rentals and condos through an agent . We are awaiting your return to the South....
