Please include a few more details and folks can help you out. Budget? Kids? Pets?

Default Home needed

We are empty nesters, youngest will live with us periodically, she is a missionary. Gone for 6 mths at a time. Two small dogs. Husband works in Concord and University area. Really dont want to spend more than 1300/mth. Does that help?

Did you try searching on carolinahome.com? Just type in your criteria and it should pull up some homes...I did notice on this site it may say 0 properties pulled up so hit refresh and then it will pull up the properties...must be a glitch in their system!
Also, you may just want to contact a realtor. It won't cost you anything and they can have a search set up for you and listings will automatically be sent to you as they become available.
Good luck!
