Well it looks like I just answered my own question. I found one in Ballantyne for anyone else that is looking!
Dry cleaner
Ballantyne Cleaners
This dry cleaner claims to be Charlotte’s first all-organic dry cleaner, leaving no odor or allergy-causing residue on clean clothes. Since dry cleaning is one of the most toxic businesses around, we were intrigued. The business is relatively new, but so far it’s been a hit with customers. Prices are similar to conventional dry cleaning, and a convenient location across from Earth Fare makes this a smart choice to protect your own health, the health of workers, and the environment.

Be careful, organic is misused by a lot of dry cleaners these days. In fact, so many cleaners have been using "organic" in the NYC area NYC has come up with rules on which cleaners can use "organic".

i agree but I know that Ballantyne Cleaners is actually organic and when asked, provided the whole organic process to me.
I know that there are some cleaners in Charlotte that try to use terms such as "green" or "natural" that mislead customers into thinking that they are organic but are not. Be aware of those!
