The number of yelp reviews has NO impact on the truth or facts.

I have 3rd party Assessments. I have union county records and PDF’s which prove negligence. If I was able to post pictures or video I think you / all would be as shocked as I. It’s a major Safety issue and health Hazard. The water will also impact my foundation. Moreover, the house wasn’t advertised to be water front.

Here are photos. The reality is this situation is unqiue. If Shea Custom Homes built every home with such issues they wouldn’t be in business. The scary part is that it wasn’t immediately fixed. It’s a dangerous situation. Its disgraceful. I have purchased many homes, from builders. Never ever was I left with such an issue. The house wasn’t advertised as water front. It’s really insane. I am only trying to educate the buyers. If anyone thinks this a fake review please contact me. I welcome any and all to swing by and check it out.
