I just noticed that there is another frozen yogurt place opening up on East Blvd.
Do you think Charlotte needs another fro yo place?
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the stuff, but isn't there a saturation point for places like these?

Less Fro-yo, more H&M I say.
Agree on both parts! Noticed in Concord Mills the other day that they have 2 fro yo places that just recently opened up, and one of them is across from the Cold Stone. How many ice cream shops do we did in one mall?!

Was that the cupcake place between Scott and Kenilworth? I've been in there, it's a really cool concept because they have late hours, I even think they're trying for 24 hours. But they're machines are old and broke one time I went there and the seating isn't really inviting.
It does seem to be a hot trend but more cyclical than the coffee shop craze, which is here to stay. TCBY was all over the place in the late 80s and early 90s then all but disappeared until the last few years. We'll see if it lasts.

Frogurt places are very attractive to people who want to start a business because the government gives them special tax incentives. It is all a conspiracy to make sure a large portion of the populace has The Sugar.

There was a recent article about a young man (scroll down through the article)
who has opened 4 TCBY franchises and is opening a 5th. I hope he does well.
