Subdivisions within Rea View, Marvin Ridge and Sandy Ridge elementary school (Charlotte: wedding, school districts)

I will be moving to the Waxhaw area and looking to find which neighboorhoods/subdivions are within these school districts. In particular Rea View elementary. Thanks

Rea View Elementary: includes Hunter Oaks, Somerset, Longview, Walden at Providence
Sandy Ridge Elementary: includes Providence Downs, The Chimneys, The Reserve, Walden Pond, Weddington Chase

Marvin Ridge: All of the above and more, as these are the middle and high schools.

You have tons of options depending on your budget and requirements. Rea View Elem alone probably has every price point from 200s to 1mil+ covered.

I know first hand that South.Charlotte&Union is very well familiar with this area and I have no doubt that you will find what you need from them. There is value to be found from folks who actually spend a lot of time in the areas of interest you are looking at.(I know I learned a lot).
