The Democratic Communist Party now controls a fillibutster proof majority since trunk ballot Norman Smiley has been seated as the Czar of Minnesota.
Though the majority is there and 100% of the Republican in Name Only party votes no, then two Democratic Communist Party members have the power to stop this Cap and Tax bill.

Sen Jay "I Love Obama" Rockefeller and Sen. Robert "The Grand Cyclops" Byrd. we will see rather they want to save America or support the modern Communist.

I'm sure the national news, if it mentions this even all, will call it an effort of 'mis-guided hillbillies.

On the Cap & Trade voting...Sen. Byrd will vote no out of a clear conscious.

I expect Rocky to vote yes because he was such a great backer of the Tokyo Protocol of a few years back...he will say he will vote the 'party line as an excuse.

What is never mentioned is the rancor between Byrd and Rocky...Sen Bryd has hated the Rocky famliy since the days of Nelson and Goldwater...
I wonder if Nelson ever gave him the 'byrd...he did that to a lot of people, and I'm sure he would not have missed that opportunity.

I've said it before and it's true...We would not even have a Wv, if it was not for Sen Byrd.
He has done it all, almost singlehandedly and has not stolen a dime....(kkk and all).

Anyway, their votes will balance out each other and give the decision to other legislative collegues..part of the safety built into politics...
such a game of doing nothing, saying nothing, but getting a great pension and health care package.

We are fools to have this 'truck load of crap government...registration for these offices is January 1st, 2010

I understand people wanting to believe politicians represent them, and their best interests, but once they start making apologies for them, for their corruption or ineptitude, it establishes the groundwork for abuse, when the right thing to do is simply get out of the relationship.
