If anyone is aware of any good clean rentals in the Charleston area; please send me a private message with the information. I just returned from accompanying a family member moving to Charleston. The furniture is close behind and they are in great need of a place to put their furniture and belongings.

What they have seen so far has not been good at all.

They don't want to buy for a year so please let me know if you know someone who has a rental. Also, if someone has been trying to sell and cannot get any bites, they would be willing to do a rent to own as long as there is an option not to have to buy at the end of the lease.

Thanks.

One child in school off Corridor G and one child's babysitter further out on G so that is not a good location.

Probably Alum Creek (Kanawha County not Lincoln) and St.Albans would be the furtherest away they would like.

Thanks for asking.

sorry, but I just wouldn't know in that area, but I do know that Alum Creek/Southridge area is growing right now. I'd say that somebody is renting.

Try Greenbrier Garden apartments on Oakwood road. Some of their units are three bedroom.
