Moving to Charleston this summer and looking for a condo/apartment in the area... was really wanting to see if there were any loft style condos or spaces downtown... heard of some development projects back in 2006 in the downtown area but from what i understand those ideas and projects fell through... i have seen a couple of places online but they seem overpriced and there isnt really a good central source to look up options... anyone have any contacts or could point me in the right direction?
