I think forum members and visitors will find the map and list set forth below showing from where some recent web site visitors are located of interest. The map and list are derived from visitors to one of my real estate web sites which emphasizes the town of Mt. Pleasant, Cane Bay Plantation and the beach communities of the Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island. For this reason, the statistics may be a little different from what they would be from one of the other web sites of Realtors who contribute to this forum.

The map and information shows where potential buyers live and I suspect the ratio of those who actually relocate to the Charleston area will be quite similar.

Hi USCJoe,

Yes, interesting. I am only surprised that Ohio and California are not higher. If you have the stats, look at the keywords they use to arrive at your site. This can be really interesting. You can also do this with Google to see the keywords used for a geographic area.

The number one key word search on my primary web site is "Cane Bay Plantation". However, each web site is going to be different, depending upon individual key word ranking for each site.

I can speak for just about everyone here in Cane Bay that the majority of the folks here have relocated primarily from NY/NJ area. A close 2nd would be from Mass & the PA area.

I've got to laugh @ this - the superbowl party we went to this year, I was telling the wife that I felt like we were about to film an episode of the Soprano's... I felt right at home!!

Last night I went to a social event. I was sat next to a lady from Mexico, one Greek, one from Lebanon and I'm from Europe, so...guess we need to include the rest of the world in the map. Oh, and I had a client yesterday from Toledo, in Spain.
