Anyone have advise on best youth football for the Summerville area? My 10 year old son wants to play for the first time this fall so I thought it would be good for him to go to one of the football camps before then. Someone told me several months ago that John McKissick does a football camp but I have not seen any info on this. I have found info on the SERTOMA youth football camps though. Is this the same thing, or does anyone have information on any different places for youth football in Summerville? Thanks!

If you want your son to go to Summerville High School and have Coach McKissick be his coach then you have to live in an area that feeds into SHS.

I am not sure as to what camps they offer, check with some of the Middle schools like Griege Middle.

Coach McKissick holds one of the best 2 day football camps I believe in June (or July?). Contact Summerville High school for information. Sertoma is the only one that currently offers a football program for a youth that age until you get to middle school. The middle schools have their own football programs.

Sertoma has a youth football program here in S'ville, but I think they start in late July.
