I just received an offer from Boeing, Fabrication B Specialist position. They sent me an online Boeing Charleston benefit structure packet but their was no information on how much per pay period it would cost the employee? I know there are several plans but still no break down of the cost to me.
Thanks for any help.

Now clue if its tha same or anything changes, but I pay about $120 per pay period for medical, for full family with the better insurance plans. I also have added on a bunch of extensions on the life insurance and other stuff since my job is kind of hazardous.

They have a cheaper plan not sure on the costs of it.

Thanks MustangEater82, that is pretty darn good! Just curious, how is the overtime at Boeing? Do they offer it?

during training not so much... You will be in training for a couple months pretty much whatever you do. Actual operation.... all you want and more. I know some guys that work overtime on the weekends, but they had worked out there before and there certifications have gone through.

I believe alot of people work 10 hour shifts, and then there are weekends. Sat is 1.5X and Sun is 2X

Once things get up and going, I have a feeling you will not want to be around.
