So I downloaded Twitter onto my Droid and made a Twitter account and now I can't figure out where to go to make a Tweet or follow somebody How dumb is that, but, anybody have some knowledge please.

I’m sorry I’m not familiar with this. What is a droid phone? I have head about these blackberry phones. I call them blue berry phones hahaha or maybe to invent blue berry as a rival to that hahaha sponsored by the Smurfs of course hahaha. What is droid is that a brand make or a certain kind of phone? How does it work?

The first thing I would recommend is to put the Twitter Widget on one of your home screens.
When you launch the app there is a magnifying glass in the upper right corner. Right next to the Tweet button (which is where you can send a Tweet).
That will take you to the SEARCH TWEETS window. On the upper left of this screen is a speech bubble icon. Press that and you can switch to People Search to search for people to follow.
