Pat Houston, the gift that keeps on giving. Pat Houston demanded that Ray J be removed from sitting near them at the awards. Apparently, she refuses to acknowledge her own role in enabling Whitney's drug addiction. It's easier for her to blame Ray J instead. Countless people enabled Whitney because they liked the money, fame, and perks of being with/around a celebrity of Whitney's caliber.

Pat didn't seem to want Whitney clean and sober, imo. People can be easily taken advantage of if they are constantly under the influence. Whitney was surrounded by "Yes!" people all the time. Don't want to tell Whitney, "No!" and risk getting booted from the money and fame train.

Whitney is so at fault for her own demise. She craved people not holding her accountable for her own destruction. Addicts want to deny their issues and fault others for trying to get them clean and sober. A drug addict has to both want and be committed to sobriety for it to work. Whitney did not value her own life enough to fight like hell to get better. What a damn shame!

From the TMZ link below: Pat Houston's blood was boiling because she, Bobbi Kristina and other family members were seated next to Ray J, the person Pat believes was a very bad influence on Whitney. Minutes before the tribute to Whitney, Pat asked her security to remove Ray J from his seat, but he refused to budge.

If Michael and Whitney Houston were still alive, the sudden urge for the Jackson and the Houston families to do these reality shows/make a comeback probably wouldn't exist. Publicizing celebrity deaths are really more about last minute cash ins, as opposed to really honoring the celebrities.
Actually they were, kind of. You know, they were focused on making things up about him or twisting something he did around just to make him look like a horrible and weird human being. But then when he died, the media acted as if they never said anything bad about the guy and started praising about how he was a hero to music.

I hate the media. Such scum bags in the TMZ type of media.

As for the topic at hand, kind of sad the family is cashing in...not to mention so soon. I lost a lot of respect for the family after learning this.

My oh my has the almighty dollar ruined so many things.
