Laser pointers aren't safe toys for cats, but fortunately it's very difficult for them to hold them and press the button.

But seriously, they aren't unless you are very careful. Never use it near a cat who is looking toward you.

My kitties give me this horrified look when I sneeze. ..usually becase I don't sneeze once, or twice. It'll be a sneezing explosion for about 4 or 5 times that leaves me stunned - and if there's a kitty in the room to witness it, they will run up to me and put a concerned paw on my face for a moment before they go about their business. You know, just makin' sure things are ok

Mine just run away when we sneeze, usually under the dining room table or the bed. Couple of scaredy cats.

All we had to do was the big inhale that happens right before these sneeze - and our baby girl used to run like the wind.

i think it have nothing to do with her sensitive hearing... because, even 3-4 seconds before the sneezing, when you feel it comes up, my cat already react..

When I sneeze my cat leaps into the air and runs away! LOL. She also hates when I take out a new plastic trash can liner and open it up by getting the air to rush in when I swoop it. Both situations make her run for her life!

Default my cat hates it

My cat loves to cuddle with me but when I sneeze he gets this horrified/disgusted look on his face and runs away. Even if I yawn he looks at me like I'm going to sneeze and gets ready to run. He doesn't like coughing either. I think he doesn't like it because its similar to hissing. And cats don't like any loud, abrupt noises. I tell my cat that I can't help it, that he sneezes too. But he's not sympathetic. Of course, his sneezes are much smaller and quieter than mine.
