growing up we had a Siamese named Kinky, he had a 90* kink in his tail. He loved to sit on top of the fridge. If you walked in the side door and didn't acknowledge him, he'd reach out an thump you. My uncle said he'd had better conversations with that cat than most people he knew. Kinky liked to talk, and my mom always conversed with our animals, I think it helped socialize them.
