She told me her name. I didn't particularly like it and it's hard to say.
But I woke up one morning knowing it.
This precious girl was at the local shelter IN A CAGE from 8 weeks to 8 months old -can you imagine?
And why nobody adopted such a beautiful calico I will never know. Probably because she was meant for me...:-)
Thank you. I'm trying to make the rest of her life be as wonderful as possible to make up for those first 6 months. It hurts my soul to think of any animal in a cage that long. She fetches, too....those little fur mini mice. Carries one around with her all the time. She has about 100 of them, of course...
Location: Lots of sun and palm trees with occasional hurricane :)
