Have you tried a pill pocket or are those bad for her allergies as well?
I have used soft kitty treats and just wrapped one or two around the pill also.
She doesn't have outdoor allergies, she has food allergies. I know most food that isn't from the vet or specially formulated, she breaks out in hives and has a sneezing/wheezing fit. Usually it's quick with the piller, then she runs off and goes to sleep (the pill makes her sleep). When we first adopted her she had a UTI and some other issues, then we were told from our vet about the special food. We call her our "special needs girl," but we love her.
Beautiful kitties. Are they yours?
The little dilute calico/tortie is quite striking.
Thanks for posting.
Yep. The one with the stripes, I got a little over two years ago from the Humane Society in Colorado Springs. He's been a real good cat. The kitten was dropped of at a children's museum in Lafayette a few weeks ago. I know someone who works there.
He adapted to the new kitten rather quickly... a little hostile the first day, playful the next day.
Glad your new adoption went so well. Looks like you have an adorable pair of BFF's on your hands.
Really nice photos & thanks for posting.
