All of ours got on a twice annual visit when they reached "senior" status.

Blood work once a year with their shots/deworming (which seemed pointless since our never went outside except to the vet)

Worming and excess vaccinations are pointless for indoor cats. They just don't need all those chemicals. If you are in a state with mandatory rabies vaccine of course you'll have to keep that one up, but nothing else is required or necessary after the first adult boosters.
