So my cat just turned 1 and a half today and hes eyes seem to be changing into a real dark orange/yellow. I'm concerned as his eyes use to be a blueish green when he was a kitten. I did some research and apparently yellow eyes are a sign of jaundice/liver issues. He is also been laying in a weird position on the ground. (pics below).

This sounds like an emergency (the picture link does not work) Either call the local ER vet or call your vet's number and find out who is on call. Your cat needs immediate veterinary attention.

I figured out the link. So that is not a usual position for him, legs flat out? Many cats do lie that way normally.

Can he walk and play normally?

Is he eating, toileting normally? Did the eyes change like..from one moment to the next? They do look kind of strange.

Does he go outside?

Have you contacted a vet?

My girl Angel lays in that position all the time, and has done so for most of her 16 years. Wouldn't be too concerned about that. As for the eye color, I'm not seeing anything alarming there either, just beautiful golden eyes. But you could be on the safe side and take him in for a blood panel. If he's not showing any other symptoms or off behaviors, he's probably fine. But get him looked at anyway.

Kitty is spread out on a cool tile floor. Don't know your location, but if you are in a hot climate, he's simply getting his belly cool. The eyes don't appear alarming. To make sure all is well, you could call the vet and get an appt. for him. He is very pretty !
