If he was born that way it's the only way he knows.
The real heartwarmer was reading about the other cat, with whom Oskar is "best friends" as of the time the video was made (and likely still is. ) Although cats aren't kind to the "challenged" among them in the wild, it's an entirely different story when a home is being shared. Normally the one without issues is quick to make the one with a handicap feel welcomed and wanted - part of the family in all ways. All they perceive and care about is that there's a fellow being to get into mischief with, nap next to, and talk about the humans to.
