Well that's just super. I was wondering what all the money raised in the pink frenzy goes. I, as a cancer "survivor", have never gotten anything for free, even though I bought pink tennis balls once. Include me out.
Bob I think you mean well but there are other kinds of cancer besides breast cancer though you'd never know it to listen to the media. I am so sick of pink! Not only that, but folks are actually getting resentful of women who have breast cancer b/c of all the attention they get, even though they never sought this out in the first place. Komen needs to take that money and put it down on finding a real cure--or better yet--prevention so no one has to go thru this in the first place. One thing to know is that they own a lot of stock in the company that makes most of the mammogram machines and in Astra-Zeneca, makers of Tamoxifen and makers of cancer causing chemicals.
