Was thinking about some other potential issues for relocation.
if Canadian credit history accepted in California? We have various Visas and Amex , but Canadian. We'll need US credit cards right away and right away we want to buy house , so we'll to take small morgage 9we will be paying more than 50% downpayment).

Also, Is driving experience in Canada (no accidents for 7 years and so on) accepted in California when I buy car insurance?
What the process of getting California driver License if I have Ontario's one?

I took a look at the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and couldn't find any information that you need. Maybe you'll have more patience and luck.
California Department of Motor Vehicles
You might also try calling AAA (for California the number is 1-800-922-8228). They can definitely answer insurance questions and might be able to help answer your other questions or tell you who to call to find out although they'll probably just tell you to contact the DMV.
AAA people are generally pretty friendly.
