Came across this article today. Thought it was pretty interesting. Do you think other areas in CA will catch on?

Considering churches are businesses, it would be in their best interests to be inclusive.

IMHO i dont think so, i think black churches have their own spin on how to worship god and in fact many do a super job of it. i cant say the same for all white churches i have seen some water down factor that is disturbing.
the point being dont just talk the talk.

It won't last. Everyone will feel good about themselves for awhile, break a few nails patting themselves on the back, then back to the same old same old once the spotlight shifts its beam to The Next Big Thing.

At some point, similar minds will be more important than similar skins. I think we're much closer to that point than some people think.

Makes sense. I am ten times closer to a open minded black agnostic than to a close minded white religious person.
