New job. What are the chances of meeting a nice adventurous man who is 60ish who is fit and likes to have fun and travel? Is this a make believe fantasy or am I the only woman in her 50's who is still ready to rock and roll? I'll be in the central California coastal area soon not far from Santa Cruz.

Is it OK if his net worth is about $5000?

I know there are many men in their 60s and retirees here in Monterey. I have no idea what your chances are for meeting one. I don't think anyone does. Maybe try one of those meetup type groups or craigslist.
