For some reason a lot of Californians hate Idaho and what it represents in America

Well, as you can see immediately above, a repeating poster, from Idaho, in this thread has made it his mission to depict California as dysfunctional (if not fully dystopian). And, to the topic specifically, he has represented (falsely) that in contrast to California, Idaho squatters have no rights to protest eviction and authorities can eject them summarily upon merely being summoned by property owners. This he asserts is not the case in California where we ‘coddle’, well pretty much every sort of troublemaker.

Thing is, several other posters here have provided actual proof that squatters in Idaho also have legal recourse to stall evictions … and even under some circumstances take adverse possession of properties under certain conditions

Find posts in the Idaho forum hating that state, submitted by Californians.

Meanwhile, as you can read here, opposite occurs.

Now back to the topic?

I'd love to hear a squatters excuse/reason for commandeering someone else's. home in their absence without any permissions. Seems like trespassing to ME. How in the heck did squatters EVER get ANY rights in the first place when clearly it's a matter of being somewhere they have NO permission to be.

Did you ever take American History in high school or read any books on the American Revolution after high school? How about events of 1880 when Native Americans lost ownership of their land due to federal legislation that stripped their land away from them. https://iltf.org/land-issues/ And you have the audacity to complain about present day squatters taking over unoccupied homes now? At least the property owner has the law on their side even if takes a little work to get them out but how'd you like to live in a country where you never got it back? smh

Don't you mean the History section? Because that's what my post encompassed.
