The lot is narrow but it benefits from frontage on two streets (that is, no other building will block/obstruct whatever the developer is planning on those two sides).

Based on the surrounding buildings, the allowable density/FAR is pretty good (high). I am guessing MF residential. Though with the price paid maybe the plan is go even higher.....my SWAG anyway.
