If you were to look at Wall Street's role in the housing bubble as a case of "domestic terrorism" then using the fund to "plug holes" in the devastated budget isn't so bad ... but then you'd have to acknowledge the federal government's role in the housing debacle as terrorism too .. and that wouldn't do now would it ...
