The title of your post says your transferring to Sacramento...isn't that where?

No one can help you with suggestions if you are going to be so vague. What specifically are you wanting to know?

I got that...I just don't know why you are asking us for advise when you already know that your are relocating to Sacramento as the title of your post states. Was Sacramento your home when you lived here before you moved to Texas? Did you live in that area before?
