Please vote yes on 24 and 25! They will help all our schools, colleges, students, teachers, professors, and other school employees! We can't afford more budget cuts to our education! You may be old and not care about the youth of today but WE ARE THE FUTURE! Enough of this stupid environment crap, education is more important! When you die off, we will have to suffer with your decisions so please get out and vote yes on 24 and 25. Thank you!

Definitely voting Yes on 25!

To me that's the most important Proposition this election.

No on both! Prop 24 is a jobs tax, and prop 25 gives the Democrats the budget (i.e., more taxes and more spending). Passing both will result in a disaster in this state!

Nope.

Prop 25 does not affect the ability to raise taxes, that will still require a two-thirds vote!!!!

Prop 25 means no more budget gridlock and our state doesnt have to look totally incompetent to the whole world year in, year out.

Prop 25 makes sure that if the legislature doesnt pass a budget, they don't get pay and they can't retroactively pay themselves later.

Sorry, but I am disgusted by the fate of our budget in the hands of extremists rightwingers who take the budget process as an opportunity to grandstand and hold the entire state hostage to their demands.

Prop 24 helps education. It is not a jobs tax. The teacher's unions support it.

That's one of the primary reasons why I'm voting against it.

That damn extreme minority getting in the way.

That 2/3 requirement is there for a reason. I guess bipartisanship is only a good thing when its convenient to complain about lack there of.

How about we vote yes on 25 and yes on yes on 20. It is insane that California can go nearly three months into a new fiscal year without a budget. And maybe if Assembly seats were not so "safe" that "bipartisanship" wouldn't be so difficult to achieve. I am still amazed that Prop. 19 continues to get all the press while these two propositions (at least to me) are much more important to the state's governance.

I will consider the propositions that affect the actual structure of our state government like 20, 25, and 27. All other propositions will get an automatic "NO" vote. The initiative process is completely out of control. Why do we have Assembly members when they can't agree on a timely budget and are constantly bypassed for the initiative process? Make these men and women earn their salaries. If the people want legislation considered then it needs to be done through an elected representative. Force these people to work together and govern this state! There is a reason our representatives form committees to investigate the viability certain types of legislation. Yet, any yahoo with enough financial backing can get anything thrown on the ballot without any real consideration for the long term impact of their proposed legislation. I do agree with Arnold's sentiments when he said ballot box governing is a joke. I just can't support it anymore.
