Any pricing I have would be too old to be of use, but these services are amazingly inexpensive. Just pull three in for interviews and ask for bids and details of what is covered. As a starting place, figure your own employee cost if you hired someone fulltime to do the job, then since you are only having it done three times a week, cut that in half, then cut that in half again.
The key is to keep ongoing communication with the crew supervisor, so that he or she knows you are watching. With no restroom to worry about, you should get quotes even less than the starting point I just suggested.
It's fairly easy to find competitive pricing, just make sure that the company uses W2 employees (not sub-contractors). That way you know the people cleaning your office are here legally, plus make sure that they are background checked. Ask about insurance coverage as well.
Charge minimum wage at maximum. Try and see if you can get the job classified as a tip-able job and offer $2.95/hr and your employees can tip them if they want their section of the office cleaned. Not sure if that is legal though.
