Hello!

I'm going on a job interview in the Richmond area and wanted to check out some apartments while I was in the area. I checked out craigslist and could only find a handful that are available. Are there better resources to use? Do you know of any complexes in the Richmond area?

Thank you for your help

There are no apartment complexes in Richmond. Richmond is a small town about 20 minutes outside of Burlington. If you want a traditional apartment complex you'll have to look in Williston or South Burlington.
Larkin Realty owns/manages quite a few complexes:
Rentals
Finney Crossing in Williston: Home - Finney Crossing Apartments Williston VT
O'Brien Brothers is another reputable agency: Apartment Rentals Archives - O'Brien Brothers Agency

Also try Burlington Free Press or Seven Days for rentals.

Good luck!

If you are pretty certain that you want to live in Richmond, join the "Front Porch Forum" mailing list for Richmond, as well as the surrounding towns. That's the most scam-free way I recommend. I am a federal law enforcement supervisor who helps many newcomers transfer in from out of the area, so I am very familiar with the ins and outs. Heck, I transferred here for the promotion, from two states away-- been there, done that!
