Can anyone recommend a good property manager for the Burlington area? I may have to rent out my Shelburne suburban house for a couple years. I think I prefer a smaller property management office over a large company, where attention to my home could get lost in the shuffle. I'm hoping for a manager who knows what he/she is looking at with regard to maintenance issues and would ensure the house is taken care of without breaking the bank. Also someone who knows how to use all media to advertise the house and screens potential renters adequately for credit worthiness, etc... If anyone could recommend someone I would really appreciate it! Thanks.
