We just purchased a condo at Three Fountains, just wondering if anyone on this forum lives or has any comments on the complex, or area in general.

We live in Viera. Those condos have an excellent location. They are right next door (connected to the condo comlex) to the Avenues - the most popular and newest mall in the area - all the popular stores are in there. Plus you can walk to the Space coast stadium and all the popular restaurants. Don't know much about actually living in those condos ... we live in a single family home about a mile away. Welcome to Viera.

Found these condos by accident. The location sounds great. Are they pet friendly? One of the earlier posts mentioned high HOA and cash only sales. Is that accurate?
