Mapleton Hill - for the architecture and the proximity to everything.

I second that! If not Mapleton then the western end of Arapahoe backing onto the Creek.

chilaili, I lived in both of those areas in the 80s/early 90s and loved living there. I loved being on the west side of town near the foothills and hiking. If money was not a concern, I would live in the Chautauqua Park area.

Oooh, I'm envious. If I had a patio overlooking the Boulder Creek I'd sit out there all day every day. Being walking distance to Chautauqua would be pretty cool too. You could also drive up Flagstaff Mountain whenever you felt like it.
