Crime might be down overall because more and more trash like these fine specimen are getting broomed out of their section 8 rental gone condo and shipped off to Brockton but those that are still here are more emboldened than ever. There was always plenty of hood rat on hood rat action but sh*t like this was unheard of until very recently.
