I wish they'd turn the Alabama into a full-time indie movie theatre or something. It gives the Castro in San Francisco a run for its fun, but it incredibly underused.

You must not realize how much private use it gets. It's not just the things you see advertised. Check their numbers out. They are a raging success. If not, there would be no lights on the Lyric tonight.
