I was about 12 yeras old when this thing came out as a concept and I just knew it was going to be my first car. I think I saw it on Motorweek!

Damn why didnt they make this!

It would have matched my Lime Green Agassi Sneakers.... damn the 80's!!!!!!!!

Alright, now it makes sense since you changed the photo . If my knowledge is correct, Corvette's weren't concepts in the 80s lol.

Funny, that concept doesn't look outdated...it looks like stuff being put out today. Keep the dream alive.. maybe it can still come true.

Yep, still looks like it would fit its way in as a 2010-2015 vehicle!

I also noticed its a Pontiac.

I remember that...this was in '89 or so. Pontiac did extensive research on what young (under 36, IIRC) people wanted out of their cars. Pontiac came up with an ultimate crossover SUV, the Stinger, long before the SUV craze. I recall the frame was steel tubing, not boxed/C.

Well if it was 4x4 or atleast awd it might've done alright as Blazers, Broncos, and Wranglers were popular. Although those did have a bit more utility than the Stinger would have had except for maybe poachers.
