London, England (BANG) - Ozzy Osbourne has passed his driving test - 30 years after his first attempt. The 60-year-old rocker, who previously battled drink and drug addictions, is thrilled to finally get his license but admits he can't remember how many times he failed his test.

Interesting. Why would the Oz need a license? He's rich, he could hire a chauffeur. Unless of course he's saving up for more drugs though I thought he'd kicked the habit by now.
On that same note I'm surprised they'd let him have a license; his brain is pretty much wrecked by all the drugs he did while with Sabbath and then on his solo career.
Sure hope he doesn't get road rage....he might bite off your head while going off the rails on a crazy train.
I hope he has a restriction that only allows him to drive a Yugo with no more than a 5 hp lawn mower motor in it.
Better yet, a 55 gallon drum on wheels that he can only coast downhill.
He is a guy that couldn't get a wet dream right. (even before he goes to sleep) He ain't got no business operating anything that requires normal human function or control.
Does this mean we may finally see him on the "celebrity in a reasonably priced car" segment of Top Gear? Would the stig willingly ride in the car with him?

Well it was partially drugs, but he also suffers from a mild form of Parkinsons.
