I was leaning more into parting from my 06 Charger R/T for and old school Caddy for my secondary vehicle. Here's some pictures of the years and styles I'm interested in buying if I decide to part from my Charger. It will be painted like my Charger with 22'' skates on the front and 24's on the rear.
I have a 92 Ford Ranger for my daily driver I use for work and bad weather conditions such as rain, snow, etc. My wife has her daily driver an 09 Nissan Maxima SV. I currently have an 72 Monte Carlo that I drive less than 500 miles a year.
I was looking for something affordable to buy and fix up with more character than the same vehicles you see everyday driving around town. What year models you like the most and why? I'm digging the 62 and 64 Caddy
Caddy years are arrange in this order 62, 62, 64, 66, 67, 68 and 69
I would go with a Caddy of year 68 onward if your going to drive it around for pleasure. 68 was the first year they introduced the "Big Blocks" (472/500's), please note the quotes, these engines were used for several years they are extremely robust and every part is easily available for them. Not too mention the great aftermarket arena for them.
Nice Monte. You'll find Chevy enthusiasts at chevytalk.com, a great site. Why not a Caddy convertible? You'll probably only drive it when the weather is nice anyway....

Convertibles are ok as well but, I don't like the lines on the convertibles as much. I think the hard top look more coupish if thats a word.
