I've only had a few vehicles in my driving life...I like to run them out,it's a hassle changing all the time.

1985 Ford Bronco II
1992 GMC Jimmy
1995 Chevy Caprice

Best was the GMC because it was a truck, although the Chevy has more miles now and is not doing too bad.

Worst was the Ford of course

I've only owned three cars, but I've test-driven easily a hundred by stroking dealers.

Best was the Toyota MR2 Spider. No modern car is more fun to drive, except maybe the Lotus Elise (which I haven't been able to try out).. perfect, snick-snick manual transmission, go-kart handling, impossibly nimble and lithe. Oh, and absolutely no trunk space whatsoever.

Worst was a Pontiac Grand Am. Dollar-store interior, no personality, sloppy on the highway.

I keep looking at 240s on ebay.. someday I have will have another Inga (that was the name of my 240)

Best:
1956 Dodge 2 door hardtop. First car. Drove it like I stole it.
318 cid motor.
Fins, speed, freedom. Glass pack mufflers. Girls.

1970 Plymouth Duster. Bought it new. Should have died in that car but it wouldn't let me.

1993 Silverado which I still have. Bought it new. Most dependable long term vehicle I have ever owned.

Worst:
1968 Opel Ralleye Cadet. Bought it new. A blast to drive but it was a piece of sheet.

1977 Plymouth Fury. Bought it new. Never ran good because of all the new and unimproved smog controls.

1974 Ford Torino. When you kicked it into passing gear it slowed down.

I have had 21 cars and my favorite have been a 97 Mercury Mountaineer and an 01 BMW 325xit. The worst have been an 2000 Olds minivan and an 02 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Best: While I am partial to my current car (Mini Cooper) I would say my best is my 1990 Geo Tracker I bought new. I drove it for 13 years and it started every single day (N. Wisconsin), it never got stuck or left me stranded, and never needed any major repairs. True, it did have low miles (work commuter), but it was very reliable and inexpensive. I had to get rid of it finally as it was rusting so badly.

Worst: Tie between a 1977 Ford Thunderbird and a 1979 Pontiac Trans Am. I didn't own either of these cars very long but both spent more time in the shop than they did on the road. Both were junk.

Best (and current): 2001 Toyota Corrolla....incredibly fuel efficient and reliable. Worth about 9k now vs. the 13k I paid for it 8 years ago!
2007 Z06 Corvette....wow, just plain wow...fun to drive and just beautiful to look at.

Worst: Parent 1986 Buick Century, couldn't keep it at 60mph going up hills with AC on.
