Back in the early to mid 1980s, there was a car I used to see a fair bit in Silicon Valley.

It's plate was "ML8 ML8".

• For two points, what make & model was it?

We just changed license plates here in Tennessee from a 6- to a 7-digit format of 111 AAAA. The other day I saw someone with license plate 900 BDSM.

Remember that 1-900 used to be the phone sex prefix, like 976.

I REALLY wish I had that plate.
