removing adhesive from the car dashboard (replace, Hyundai, WD40, dealer)

i think some help, when i got the hyundai tucson brand new, it left some stick adhesive from the plastic cloth all over the dash, is their a way to get it off without ruining the dash or should i ask the tech to do it?

Brand new car? Let the dealer take care of it. If they do a crappy job, they replace the dashboard.

In general - steam. Portable steamer.

Olive oil, vegetable oil, mineral spirits, WD40, 3in1 oil will all do the job with no damage to the vinyl.
