Just got this email from a friend. Anybody have any more info. on this. I think it's pretty cool looking.

This car was built by N2A motors (No Two Alike). Cost $40,000 over cost of new Corvette C6 (MSRP $44,000). The company is planning a production run of about 100 vehicles. It sits on a Corvette C6 chassis, front styled like a 57 Chevy, side like a 58, rear like a 59. Hence the designation "789".

Alright, let me be the first to set things straight. THATS NO HOT ROD!!!! I hate when that term gets tossed around. Thats a Corvette with obnoxiously ugly body work. In other words, the term for that car is "rolling abortion". A hot rod is built by its owner, using whatever they have lying around (as real hot rodders are blue collar and quite poor) to make the car go. Theres no fancy paint, no fiberglas, no digital dashboards, no a/c and no billet pieces on a REAL hot rod.

THIS is a hot rod. Learn the difference, please.

Your just so full of knowledge. I hope your not to stressed. Maybe you should write the definitive book about all that is automotive and save us the pain. By the way I refer you to Merriam-Webster:
Main Entry: hot rod
Function: noun
Date: 1945
: an automobile rebuilt or modified for high speed and fast acceleration
By the way, save your winks!

Looks kinda cool to me, if they only build 100 of them 99 percent of the people wouldn't know if you built it or not. Reminds me of the customs back in the 60's and 70's.
