when you sign over a title of a car to another person, both cars in kansas, does a person have to have the title notorized when signing over the title to someone else?
If I could get an answer from someone that has recently sold thier car and knows for sure, that would be cool..
remember also that "notarizing a title" means nothing more then that a Notary Public is swearing that you signed the title in front of her/him....has nothing to do with affirming that the titale is a true and accurate title
