It's actually a cleaver concept. I can imagine all sorts of activities people can personalize there car with. Just imagine:
Someone sitting on a toilet bowl
Playing a sport
butt naked (but the body turned so you don't actually see anything dirty)
Naked with a women's head up against his groin area
Different body types, thin drivers looking fat, fat drives looking thin.
Swapped bodies, a obvious male driver with a sexy female body or via verse.
A centaur or other fantasy creature body
Animal Body
