The Sienna's tend to have less issues, at least the 98-04 models..my in-laws have a '00 XLE model as well and they've racked up about 220k on it, still drives great, and they are still getting 26-28 mpg on the highway.

Honda's steering response is better than the Toyota's. I'll leave it at that though both are good vans.
