Both are good.

But slight edge to the TSX

Had it been IS350 then..

Oh heck no. The IS 250 and 350 seem to be in the Stone Age compared to the 2009 and newer TSX. Even the 2004-2008 TSX are more modern.

Do you care about the price difference between the two? The IS 250 AWD is more expensive. A 2010 IS 250 AWD can be had for 25000. The TSX is much less probably under 20000. The spread between new ones is probably the same if not a little bit greater.

I think a TL is probably close to the same price as a IS 250 AWD.

The manual transmission in the TSX is very, very nice. But it'd go for the IS 250 with RWD and manual transmission. RWD and styling would sell me on it.
